The strongest plates in this set, the Limited Contact Locking Plates, are designed for difficult fractures in long bones. Ideal for MIPO (Minimally Invasive Plate Osteosynthesis) procedures, these locking plates are very strong if you use them with locking screws only. If you are not going to do dynamic compression or interfragmentary compression, they are a good competitor to the LCP plates.

The T plates in this set are designed with two adjacent locking screw holes at the distal end. This feature is very important in cases such as distal radius fractures with short fracture fragments, where secure fixation with two adjacent locking screws is essential for stability and optimum healing. Moreover, it is possible to lock these two adjacent screws at a slight angle.

Thanks to these flexible plates, you can bend your plate as you wish despite the changing anatomical contours. Flexibility will steal some of the strength of your plate, so we do not recommend it for long bone fractures. It will be very useful for pelvic fractures or mandible fractures.

It is very important to drill the correct hole for the correct screwing. Our locking drill guides are ready to drill the desired hole at the exact angle you want. Lock it into the hole on the plate like a screw and easily drill it with the drill by passing it through.

Don't forget that the screwdriver handle in your set also works with the bits in the midi set, you may need it. Don't worry about sterilization for this high heat resistant silicone handled screwdriver.
